- Adds API model to update system API configuration
- Updates /api/v1/system/api endpoint to allow PUT requests
- Updates test_api_v1_system_api.py unit test to test PUT requests
- Updates documentation to include instructions for PUT requests on the /api/v1/system/api endpoint
